Trollied is a document of escape. Each trolley in this series has made a break for it — liberated from its purpose and deposited into the ordinary fabric of city and suburban life, where it sits in stubborn, accidental isolation.

The supermarket trolley is one of late capitalism’s most loaded objects — engineered to expand desire, to be filled, to circulate endlessly within controlled architectures of want. Here they’re found empty, displaced, and stranded at the margins. And yet, oddly and persistently, dignified in the quiet residue of consumption.
